P.S. I'm currently thinking.. I've never won anything except a bowling tournament when I was in seventh grade.

So pleasant out today, quite a contrast to the winter storms we've been having. It's known as "sprinter" here (spring and winter). The much welcomed sun has scared the snow away and my bare legs aren't complaining!

This outfit is all thrifted and recycled:
* nude colored blouse- thrifted then altered
* creamy lace skirt- made myself from secondhand fabric
* deep red shoes with a bit of a heel- thrifted vintage
* tied leather belt- I snatched from my Dad before it could be thrown away

I'm currently crushing on pastel colors. Best include them in your wardrobe this spring and summer!

The summer sends it's love,

P.S. I've submitted this outfit for a contest, help me out? Go HERE to vote and comment.
Ends Sunday.

All it takes is a little faith and a lot of heart, sweetheart.

This afternoon I'm here in a small town library on a cozy round chair positioned next to the window. It may be the only place to get wifi. But it's a nice hideout spot from the crazy weather outside- real dark, wind howling, half raining half hailing ferociously.. wish I had a mug of hot chocolatey goodness.

Stumbled upon Nadinoo just now..

An excerpt from the 'About' section:
"Celebrating the lady from era’s gone by, Nadinoo invites timeless silhouettes and detailing to create it’s vintage felt collections. Designs include boastful bows, flirtatious frills and beautiful bell shapes in sumptuous silks and cottons from Liberty of London prints."

Quite loverly, no?

All photos from Nadinoo site.

Love from a small town,

P.S. The only episode from the t.v. show Chuck I've ever seen this line was said:
"To get your head right you gotta get your threads right." ...Chya. Amen.
